about a woman who did bikram yoga every day for a year!
She said at first she too felt nauseated and sick during class - but that passed and soon she didn't even notice the heat.
She also said that at the beginning she didn't see any changes in her body or lose any weight - then one day she started noticing inches melting and the weight dropping off.
This was just the article I needed to see today - Thank goodness I follow Core Power on Twitter!
Yay! That is a happier post than your last one. I know that you are working very hard and if you stick with it you will start to notice that you are more relaxed and stronger and bendier and eventually skinnier.
