yoga toys

I have been trying to be really good about not wanting a ton of new things, like yoga clothes, or mats, or towels... it isn't necessary and I can do just fine in my practice with what I have. But I have been really lusting after the skiddless yoga towels that go over your mats. I keep slipping and sliding all over my mat (due to the increased buckets of sweat) so, really this is more a safety concern than anything else!

I checked them out online, and they were all around 55-65 bucks, a little too expensive for me right now. I stopped into Dicks sporting goods the other night with Sarah and I found that the Yogitoes brand has created a cheaper version for $35! Yay! So I snatched that up in a pretty grass green color and then I did a sweep of their clearance yoga clothes... and found 3 tops all under $10 each. Well done me.

The towel worked wonders last night at class - I didn't slip once! I was still sweating like a pig, but I had my regular towel to sop up my beautiful, sexy sweat :)!
